In addition, it should be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure that the sealing parts are not damaged or aged, and damaged parts should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

2. Structural deformation problems may occur. Slag pots that have been subjected to a large amount of waste slag and waste materials for a long time are prone to deformation and damage. In order to solve this problem, the strength and stability of its structure are fully considered during the design and manufacturing process. During use, you need to pay attention to controlling its load and try to avoid overloading or long-term high-pressure operation to extend the service life of the slag tank.

3. Solve possible corrosion problems. Since slag and waste materials are often corrosive, slag tanks are susceptible to the effects of corrosion. Therefore, during use, they should be cleaned and maintained regularly to remove corrosive substances and prevent the spread of corrosion.

4. The foundry ladles  are usually large and heavy, and may be difficult to operate and move. In order to solve this problem, wheels or lifting devices are installed on the slag tank to facilitate operation and movement.
